What impresses me most about Don Bosco’s Educational System is that it is child-centric. The loving-kindness characteristic is what strikes a chord for me. It is most suitable for today’s generation. ‘What matters is not that young people be loved, but that they know that they are loved’: Rejection (even though it might be the perception of the child) and the desperate want to be loved is the root cause of most of the troubles which the youth get into.
