Don Bosco’s Education System impresses me for the following reasons: Reason, Religion, and Loving-kindness are given main focus. Accordingly the role of the teacher is defined as to guide and protect the students. This system makes the teacher a friend, help and motivator and trouble- saver. Moreover this system discourages punishment and dishonor, and encourages positivity and enhances growth. This system supersedes the previous repressive system of inequality, lack of transparency and bossing.
